[docker] registry.hub.docker update

Does anyone know when the registry will be updated to 1.6? I'm interested
in building images and taking advantage of some of the new LABEL features.

Yeah 1.6 was a tenuous release and we're taking it slow for diligence sake.
We're thinking either late next week, or early the week after.
